My Journey

I am Grace Paul, a problem-solver and lifelong learner who believes that everyone carries the potential to become a solution. Through Grace the Solutionist, I explore how people think, how systems work, and how we can build solutions that respond meaningfully to human needs.
 

My work has taken me across data, technology, project implementation and innovation. I have worked with teams to understand complex problems, improve processes and develop people-centred solutions. Along the way, I have become interested not only in solving problems, but also in how we understand them in the first place because the quality of a solution often depends on how clearly we have understood the problem.
 

Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to nurturing critical thinking and creativity among young people. My long-term vision is to help build a generation that does not simply consume ideas and solutions but questions, examines and creates them.
 

Through writing, speaking, research and digital storytelling, I share what I am learning about people, technology, society and the systems shaping our lives. I do not believe that I have all the answers, but I believe we can learn to ask better questions, think more deeply and become active participants in building the world around us.
